135. Regulation of the Federal Minister for Science, Research and Economics on vocational training in the teaching profession of hairdresser and wig maker (stylist/in) (hairdresser and wig maker/in (stylist/in) training regulations)

On the basis of § § 8 and 24 of the Vocational Training Act (BAG), BGBl. No. 142/1969, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 129/2013, shall be arranged:

Teaching profession Friseur/in and Perückenmacher/in (Stylist/in)

§ 1. (1) The teaching profession Friseur/in and Perückenmacher/in (Stylist/in) is set up with a teaching period of three years.

(2) In the teaching contracts, teaching certificates, teaching certificates and teaching letters, the teaching profession is in the form corresponding to the sex of the teaching profession (hairdresser and wig maker (stylist) or hairdresser and wig maker (stylist)). .

§ 2. Vocational training in the course of teaching and in the vocational school is intended to enable the apprentice trained in the teaching profession, hairdresser/in and wig maker (style/in), to carry out the following activities professionally, independently and independently , taking into account the necessary systematic use of training heads in training:

§ 3. (1) The following vocational training is defined for the training in the teaching profession Friseur/in and Perückenmacher/in (Stylist/in). The skills and knowledge referred to shall be conveyed, at the latest in the teaching year referred to in each case, in such a way as to enable the apprentice to pursue qualified activities in the sense of the professional profile, which shall, in particular: Independent planning, carrying out, controlling and optimising.

(2) The provisions of the Children's and Young People's Employment Act, BGBl, shall be used for the placement of all vocational training positions. No 599/1987, (KJGB).

§ 4. (1) The final examination is divided into a theoretical and a practical test.

(2) The theoretical examination comprises the subject matter of subject matter, trade mark and economic calculation.

§ 5. (1) The theoretical examination shall be carried out in writing. It can be carried out jointly for a larger number of candidates, if this is possible without adversely affecting the examination procedure. (2) The theoretical test shall in principle be held prior to the practical examination.

(3) The tasks shall be in accordance with the scope and level of the purpose of the final examination and the requirements of the professional practice. They are to be explained separately to the examination candidates on the occasion of the assignment.

(4) The written work of the candidate for examination (s) must be marked accordingly.

Specialist

§ 6. (1) The examination shall include the substantive answer to questions from all the following areas:

1.

materials and aids,

2.

tools and equipment,

3.

construction of the skin, hair and nail, knowledge of hair, skin and nail diseases,

4.

relevant colour theory.

(2) The test can also be checked in programmed form with questionnaires. In this case, ten tasks are to be carried out in each area.

(3) The tasks shall be carried out in such a way that they can normally be carried out in 60 minutes.

(4) The test shall be terminated after 80 minutes.

Specialize

§ 7. (1) The examination shall include the presentation of head shapes and hairstyles.

(2) The tasks shall be carried out in such a way that it can normally be carried out in 75 minutes.

(3) The test shall be terminated after 90 minutes.

Economic calculation

§ 8. (1) The test shall comprise two simple calculation examples.

(2) The tasks shall be carried out in such a way that they can normally be carried out in 30 minutes.

(3) The examination shall be terminated after 40 minutes.

Practical examination

Audit work

§ 9. (1) The audit work shall include the following tasks, as indicated by the Examination Commission, on the basis of paragraph 2 of this Article:

1.

Dams: As working samples, water waves, which are hand-laid on approximately one third of a training head, are to be set on one third of papillotes and on one third of permanent wave curlers. Expert discussion

§ 10. (1) The expert interview shall be submitted before the entire examination board.

(2) The expert discussion has to be developed from the practical activity. In this case, the practical knowledge of the examination candidate is to be determined by using technical expressions.

(3) The purpose of the topic is to correspond to the purpose of the final examination and the requirements of professional practice. Test pieces, models, display boards, demonstration objects and tools are to be used here. Questions on protective measures and accident prevention as well as on relevant hygiene rules should be included. The topic "Consultative Talk" is also to be considered.

(4) The expert discussion should take 15 minutes for each candidate/candidate. An extension of not more than ten minutes has to be done on a case-by-case basis, if the examination board is otherwise not able to assess the performance of the examination candidate (s) without a doubt.

Repeat Review

§ 11. (1) The final examination of the Lehrabate can be repeated.

(2) In the case of the repetition of the examination, only the test items rated "not enough" shall be considered.

Ratio numbers

§ 12. (1) By way of derogation from Section 8 (5) of the BAG, the following provisions concerning ratios shall be determined in accordance with Section 8 (12) of the BAG.

(2) The following ratios concerning the ratio of the number of apprentices to the number of persons employed in the holding, subject to professional training, shall be determined:

1.

a person who is professionally trained

another apprentice on two other subjects who are professionally trained.

(3) Specially relevant persons are:

1.

Industrial property holders,

2.

commercial directors,

3.

relevant trainers,

4.

Persons who are in the teaching profession hairdresser/in and wig makers (stylist)/hairdresser and wig maker (stylist), in the teacher hairdresser and wig maker (stylist) or in the teacher Teaching profession hairdresser/in

5.

Persons who have passed the final examination in a teaching profession related to the teaching profession hairdresser/in and perückenmacher/in (stylist/in) and who have been working professionally at least for two years,

6.

Persons who have been professionally active for at least five years and who have carried out qualified activities in the process.

(4) ratios are not to be applied to apprentices in the last four months of their teaching period and apprentices who have been replaced by at least two years of teaching in application of § 28 or/and § 29 of the BAG.

(5) The ratios are not to be attributed to persons skilled in the relevant field who are only temporarily or temporarily employed in the holding.

(6) In determining the ratio in accordance with Section 8 (5) of the BAG, an trainers shall be counted as a person skilled in the art of this subject. If, however, he/she is entrusted with training tasks in more than one teaching profession, he/she is to be counted as a professionally qualified person in the ratio numbers of all the teaching professions in which he/she trains apprentices.

(7) The following ratios relating to the ratio of the number of apprentices to the number of trainers employed in the holding must be respected:

1.

On two apprentices, at least one/one instructing person, who is not solely responsible for training tasks.

2.

In each of three apprentices, at least one/one instructing person, who is solely responsible for training tasks.

However, the ratio in accordance with paragraph 2 may not be exceeded.

Entry into force and final provisions

§ 13. (1) This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 July 2014.

(2) The Regulation on Vocational Training in the Apprenticeship Profession Hairdresser and Perückenmacher (stylist) /hairdresser and wig maker (stylist), BGBl. II No 453/2004, without prejudice to paragraph 4, with the expiry of 30 June 2014.

(3) Apprentices who are trained in the teaching profession of hairdresser and wig maker (stylist) /hairdresser and perückenmacherin (stylist) on June 30, 2014 can continue until the end of the agreed teaching period in accordance with the regulation referred to in paragraph 2. , and may take up to one year after the end of the agreed period of apprenticeship for the examination of the Lehrabbis examination on the basis of the examination regulations contained in the Regulation as set out in paragraph 2.

(4) The teaching period, which was completed in the teaching profession of hairdresser and wig maker (stylist) /hairdresser and wig maker (stylist) in accordance with the regulation referred to in paragraph 2, is based on the teaching period in the teaching profession hairdresser/in and wig maker/in (stylist/in) to be fully calculated in accordance with this Regulation.
