136. Regulation of the Federal Minister for Science, Research and Economy, which changes the dental assistant training regulations

On the basis of § § 7, 8, 8a, 24 and 35a of the Vocational Training Act, BGBl. No. 142/1969, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 129/2013, is assigned in agreement with the Federal Minister for Health:

The Dental Assistant Training Regulations, BGBl. II No 200/2009, shall be amended as follows:

1. In Section 1 (4), the annual number shall be: "2014" by the annual number " 2017 " replaced.

2. § 15 is replaced by the following:

" § 15. The advisability of training in the teaching profession of dental specialist assistance is to be evaluated by experts appointed by the Federal Vocational Training Advisory Board until 31 December 2016. One expert in each case is from the Austrian Dentistry Chamber and/or the Austrian Dental Association of the trade union of private employees, pressure, journalism, to nominate paper. "
