§ 1. The ceilings for disbursements shall be fixed for the financial years 2015 to 2018 at the level of the headings, with the following amounts:

§ 3. (1) The upper limits for the disbursements pursuant to § 1 and § 2 increase as a result of any reserve amounts available (§ 55 of the Federal Budget Act (BHG) 2013, BGBl. I n ° 139/2009, as amended), in accordance with the provisions of the budgetary provisions.

(2) The amounts of payout amounts provided for in § 1 and § 2 shall be changed by applying the parameters in accordance with the respective ordinates according to § 12 (5) of the BHG 2013 in the respective applicable version.

§ 4. The basic principles of the 2015 staff plan by 2018 are the highest permissible payout-effective personnel capacity of the federal government. The fixed annual total as a result of all subtotals may not be exceeded on any day of the year by the payout-effective personnel capacity:

§ 5. (1) This federal law shall take place on 1 January 2008. January 2015 in force and is valid for the time of 1. Jänner 2015 to 31 December 2018.

(2) The Federal Financial Framework Act 2014 to 2017, BGBl. I n ° 88/2013, as last amended by BGBl. I No 37/2014 will expire on 31 December 2014.

§ 6. With the enforcement of this federal law is
