41. Federal Law, which authorises the creation of preloads by the Federal Minister for Transport, Innovation and Technology

The National Council has decided:

§ 1. The Federal Minister for Transport, Innovation and Technology is authorized, in agreement with the Federal Minister of Finance, to pay the detailed budget 41.02.02 (rail) of the breakdown 41 in the financial years 2015 to 2019 in the Up to € 39.445 billion, of which EUR 32.668 billion is attributable to annuities induced by investments up to 2019 and EUR 6.777 billion to other grants awarded in the grant contracts in accordance with Section 42 of the Federal Railways Act, which do not Represent annuities.

§ 2. With the enforcement of this federal law, the Federal Minister of Transport, Innovation and Technology is entrusted in agreement with the Federal Minister of Finance.

§ 3. With the entry into force of this federal law, Section 1 of the Federal Act, which authorises the justification of charges by the Federal Minister for Transport, Innovation and Technology, is to be approved, BGBl. I No 105/2012, except for force.
