152. E-Control Regulation concerning the reporting of data concerning the preparation of the management measures to ensure the supply of electricity and the implementation of a monitoring of security of supply in the electricity sector (Electricity-Energy-Energy-Data-Regulation 2014, E-EnLD-VO 2014)

Pursuant to Section 15 (3) of the Energy Law 2012 (EnLG 2012), BGBl. I No 41/2013, shall be arranged:

Section 1

General

Definitions

§ 1. (1) For the purposes of this Regulation, the term:

1.

"levy to end users" means the sum of the measured and/or by means of a standardised load profile determined from the consumption of the final consumer relating to the public network;

2.

"levy for pump storage" means the sum of the measured and/or Delivery to storage power plants for the operation of storage pumps, determined by means of a standardized load profile. The levy on the operation of pumps to other types of power plants as storage power plants is not included in the pump flow;

3.

"registered exchange timetable (day-ahead)" by the accounting group responsible at the respective rule zone guide and external road map, which is declared and is confirmed by this confirmed rule zone limit;

4.

"work assets" means the electrical work which can be generated during a period of time from the usable water supply of a hydroelectric power station, assuming full availability, or in the case of running power plants, the electrical work which can be produced during a specified period from the (energy)-usable inflow;

5.

"critical events" means events which are not expected to be carried out during the operation of transmission and distribution systems and which would also not be able to withstand interference-free conditions with sufficient care and which are carried out by the operators concerned; energy-relevant events or conditions which would not be included in forecasts under standard conditions;

6.

"gross bottleneck performance" means the maximum possible electrical continuous power of the entire generating system, which is limited by the most vulnerable part, with all the machine sets with respect to the generator terminal or the generator terminal, respectively. the maximum continuous power of an energy-related facility according to which it is dimensioned, named or ordered;

7.

"Eigen producer" means a company which, in addition to its (economic) main activity, generates electrical energy for complete (including without recourse to the public network) or partial coverage of its own needs, and which is responsible for this share not being transported through the public network.

Power stations of public producers who supply self-producers or end-users directly (without recourse to the public network) shall be considered to be a producer of the egg and shall be subject to the respective location of the egg producer. , or to be defined as an own producer at the end user's location.

ÖBB-Infrastruktur Aktiengesellschaft is considered to be an egg producer;

8.

"own consumption" means the electrical energy used for production and distribution in power stations, substations and switchgear including the objects intended for administrative purposes, and in particular for auxiliary propulsion, lighting, heating . In the case of power plants, this also includes the energy used when the installation is at a standstill, plus the clamping losses;

9.

"injected production" means the quantity of electrical energy produced from power stations into the public grid;

10.

"bottleneck performance" means the maximum continuous power of the entire generating system with all machine sets, which is limited by the most powerful part;

11.

"survey period" means the period over which data to be reported are to be aggregated;

12.

"survey date" shall be the date on which the survey has to be taken;

13.

"planned generation of power plants" means the most technically and economically reasonable under the given (current) framework conditions and with the exhaustion of all open spaces. the most favourable planned use of own power stations;

14.

"secured power" means the electrical power of a hydropower plant, which, depending on the type of plant, is subject to specified conditions or conditions; is available with a specific probability:

a)

in the case of running power plants, the performance corresponding to the Q95 of the usable inflow during the regular year,

b)

in the case of running power plants with a threshold operation, the performance corresponding to the double usable inflow Q95 in the regular year,

c)

in the case of daily and weekly storage, the performance which corresponds to the three-fold usable inflow Q95 in the regular year.

Q95 is the flow rate that is exceeded for 95% of the days during the regular year;

15.

"large consumer" means all consumers with an average monthly consumption of at least 500 000 kWh in the previous calendar year, whether this consumption is wholly or partly based on the public network or in its own country, Power plants are generated. The self-consumption of power plants, the consumption of pumped storage, own consumption and losses in the public grid as well as the levy on sub-storage and/or storage are not considered to be large-scale consumers. downstream networks;

16.

"Kaltreserve" means the power plant performance which is not taken into account in the normal operating regime of the balance sheet group within the four-week period of preparation, but which, however, for special cases with correspondingly longer starting times, but at the latest within is available for 72 hours;

17.

"combined heat and power (CHP)" means the simultaneous production of thermal energy and electrical and/or mechanical energy in a process;

18.

"Combined heat and power (CHP)" means an extension of the combined heat and power generation (CHP), which is also used for cold production. The provisions of this Regulation relating to cogeneration plants shall also apply to cogeneration plants, mutas or other than those used in cogeneration plants;

19.

"load history" means the representation of the performance in a defined network of customers, which is carried out in a constant time pattern;

20.

"maximum net heating power" of a combined heat and power plant with the heat of the heat transfer system supplied to the (Fern) heat network from the plant;

21.

"Maximum and minimum use of production" means the possible bandwidth for the planned generation of power plants;

22.

"downstream network" means, with the exception of the transmission network, any network connected directly to a subordinated network via interconnectors or indirectly via transformers or other networks. A network, which is both below and downstream, is considered to be a subordinated network;

23.

"net bottleneck performance" means the highest continuous power of an energy-technical facility that can be fed into the public grid;

24.

"public producer" means all producers of electrical energy, with the exception of the producers of the eggs;

25.

"public network" means an electricity grid with a nominal frequency of 50 Hz, to which network access is to be granted in accordance with § 15 of the ElWOG 2010;

26.

"Realised exchange timetable (last intra-day)" of the rule zone guide for an external road map, which is confirmed once and for every quarter of an hour;

27.

"regular working capacity" means the working capacity during the regular year;

28.

"rule zone limit" means the summary of the transfer points associated with a particular adjacent rule zone;

29.

"location" means one or more of the related premises, owned or held by a consumer, in so far as they form a unit for the economic activity and for which the consumer is electrical energy, or even for the full or partial coverage of its own needs, and, where appropriate, distributed over its own network at self-expense. For the ÖBB-Infrastruktur Aktiengesellschaft, the entire 16.7 Hz network is considered to be a location;

30.

"Sub-storage network" means any network connected directly to the transmission network via connecting lines or indirectly via transformers or other networks. A network, which is both below and downstream, is considered to be a subordinated network;

31.

"supply interruption" means the state in which the voltage at the transfer point is less than 5% of the rated voltage or the agreed tension;

(2) "Components of the use/disposal (end-user groups)" within the meaning of this Regulation are:

1.

load-measured end-users, these are final consumers with an annual reference of at least 100,000 kWh or a connection power of at least 50 kW. These are also broken down by size class of the reference,

2.

non-load-measured end-users, which are final consumers with an annual reference of less than 100,000 kWh or a connection power of less than 50 kW. These are also broken down according to size class of the reference and according to the following groups:

a)

households,

b)

Industry,

c)

agriculture,

d)

Others;

3.

Self-consumption for production. Transformer losses;

4.

Network losses (line and transformer losses);

5.

Self-consumption in the network;

6.

Consumption of pumped storage.

For the purposes of this Regulation, the allocation of a standard load profile shall not be subject to a mandatory condition, to the measured load or to the load. to be assigned to the non-load-measured end-users.

(3) 'power plant types' within the meaning of this Regulation are:

1.

Hydroelectric power stations:

a)

Running power stations with and without threshold operation,

b)

Storage power stations, broken down into daily, weekly and annual storage power stations, each with and without pump storage;

2.

Thermal power plants:

a)

with combined heat and power generation, broken down by technology according to Appendix II to ElWOG 2010,

b)

without combined heat and power;

3.

Photovoltaic systems;

4.

wind power stations;

5.

geothermal systems.

(4) The regional classification of supply areas is carried out with the appropriate application of the degree of urbanisation of the Office for Official Publications of the European Communities (eurostat) and distinguishes:

1.

predominantly rural areas;

2.

intermediate areas and

3.

predominantly urban areas.

(5) For all other terms, the definitions of Section 7 (1) ElWOG 2010 shall apply.

Section 2

Current and historical data

Quarter-hour daily surveys

§ 2. (1) In each case at the latest by 2:00 p.m. of the following working day, the network operators shall report amounts of energy for the reporting period from 0.00 am to midnight of the reporting day as a quarter-hour:

1.

the physical exchange of electricity with neighbouring countries (imports and/or Exports) via lines of the network levels according to § 63 Z 1 to 3 ElWOG 2010, in each case separately by line;

2.

the physical exchange of electricity with other domestic control zones (references and/or Charges) via lines of the network levels according to § 63 Z 1 to 3 ElWOG 2010, in each case separately by line;

3.

for power stations directly connected to the network levels according to § 63 Z 1 to 3 of the ElWOG 2010, or having a gross narrow-pass capacity of more than 25 MW, the fed-in generation as well as the levy for pumped storage in each case separately according to power stations and

4.

in the case of wind power stations, all the production that is fed;

Producers shall, where appropriate, provide the network operator with the data in accordance with Z 3 and 4 in a timely manner and in the required quality.

(2) In each case at the latest by 4:00 p.m. of the following day, the rule zone guides for the survey period shall be reported as quarterly amounts of energy from 0.00 am to midnight of the reporting day:

1.

the total load (total supply to end users in the control zone);

2.

the total production (net feed-in of power plants to the control zone);

3.

the exchange schedules (imports and exports) realized with foreign control zones separately according to balance sheet groups and foreign rule zones (last intra-day).

Quarter-hour-Monthly surveys

§ 3. (1) In each case at the latest by 20. The calendar day of the following month shall be reported as a quarterly energy quantity for the survey period from the month of the month at 0.00 am to the last month of midnight:

1.

From the network operators:

a)

the supply to large consumers, in each case separately according to the counting points,

b)

the entire supply of network areas in its own control zone outside the Austrian Federal territory,

c)

the values referred to in § 2 in each case as a complete set of data and in addition the monthly sum;

2.

From producers, the production directly fed into foreign control zones, in each case separately according to power stations;

3.

From the balance group coordinators in each case separately to network operators:

a)

the total supply to final consumers;

b)

the total levy on pumped storage,

c)

network losses (levy to the balance sheet group established for the purpose of determining network losses),

d)

the sum value of the generated output.

(2) corrections on the basis of the second clearing shall be reported immediately.

Wednesday surveys

§ 4. (1) Each Thursday shall be reported by the public producers for the time of the survey 24:00 o clock of the previous day at the latest by 12.00 noon:

1.

the energy content of storage at the main stage, the water of which shall be processed in power stations directly connected to the network levels in accordance with § 63 Z 1 to 3 of the ElWOG 2010 or which have a gross bottleneck output of more than 25 MW , can be separated after saving. Shares which are not available for domestic needs by long-term contracts with foreign partners are to be dismissed separately;

2.

the storage level of the primary energy sources intended for the generation of electrical energy and heat for thermal power stations directly connected to the network levels according to § 63 Z 1 to 3 ElWOG 2010 or a gross bottleneck output of more than 25 MW , with indication of type and quantity, in each case separately according to power stations or Locations.

(2) In each case at the latest by up to 20. The calendar day of the following month shall be reported by the self-producers for each third Wednesday of a calendar month:

1.

for all power stations of a site with at least one power plant connected directly to the network levels in accordance with § 63 Z 1 to 3 of the ElWOG 2010 or which has a gross bottleneck performance of at least 25 MW for the survey period from 0.00 am to 24.00 Clock as a quarter-hour energy quantity:

a)

gross electricity production, separated by type of power station,

b)

the generated production and the reference to the public network;

c)

the reference from foreign power plants,

d)

the consumption of pumped storage;

2.

for each location with at least one power plant connected directly to the network levels according to § 63 Z 1 to 3 ElWOG 2010 or which has a gross bottleneck performance of at least 25 MW, for the survey time 24.00:

a)

the energy content of storage which is related to the main stage, the water of which can be processed in power stations subject to reporting requirements, separately after storage. Shares which are not available for domestic needs by means of long-term contracts with foreign partners are to be dismissed separately,

b)

the fuel storage level of thermal power stations, separated by primary energy sources;

3.

regardless of all other survey limits for the survey period from 0.00 am to midnight, quarterly energy quantities of the physical exchange with neighbouring countries (imports and/or other sources) for the period from 0.00 am to midnight Exports) in each case separately to neighbouring countries.

(3) Public producers shall, where appropriate, have the self-producers for power stations which supply, directly (without the use of the public network), egg producers or end users, data provided for in paragraph 2 (2) (1) in good time and in the necessary Quality ready to be provided. In the event that the final consumer is not a self-producer, the public producer shall, in accordance with Article 1 (1) (1) (7), second sentence, draw up a separate notification, which is separate from the notification as a public producer.

Monthly surveys

§ 5. In each case at the latest by 20. The calendar day of the following month shall be reported for the survey period from the month of the month at 0.00 am to the last month of the month:

(1) From the network operators:

1.

the total supply to final consumers, separated by federal states;

2.

the total supply of network areas in its own control zone outside the Austrian territory;

3.

the total supply to all the performance-measured customers, with the exception of the supply to large consumers and to the rail network;

4.

the total supply to large consumers, with the exception of the supply to the rail network;

5.

the physical exchange of electricity with the railway network (reference and delivery), in each case separately after transfer points (converter systems);

6.

the physical exchange of electricity with neighbouring countries (imports and/or Exports) independent of the respective network level, in each case separately according to neighbouring countries.

For network operators with a supply to the final consumer in the last calendar year of less than 50 000 000 kWh, the message according to Z 1 may be maintained.

(2) Network operators with a levy in the previous calendar year of less than 50 000 000 kWh may each be 31. January 31 and 31 July, the values referred to in paragraph 1 shall be transmitted as quarterly figures for the past half-year.

(3) Public producers who operate at least one power plant in the reporting month, directly connected to the network levels according to § 63 Z 1 to 3 ElWOG 2010, or which has a gross bottleneck output of at least 10 MW, at hydroelectric power stations in each case separately according to power stations and in the case of thermal power stations, each separately according to power plant blocks:

1.

in the case of hydroelectric power stations, the total gross electricity production separately by type of power station;

2.

in the case of storage power stations, the total consumption of pumped storage, including the corresponding references from the public network;

3.

in the case of thermal power stations, the total gross power generation and, in the case of combined heat and power plants, the net heat generation and the heat output in each case separately from the power station block and the primary energy sources;

4.

in the case of wind power plants (wind farms), photovoltaic systems and geothermal plants, power generation (feed-in) separately by type of power plant.

(4) From the self-generators for all power stations of a site with at least one power plant connected directly to the network levels according to § 63 Z 1 to 3 ElWOG 2010 or which has a gross bottleneck power of at least 10 MW:

1.

the contents of the survey in accordance with § 4 (2);

2.

total self-consumption of production, including losses of transformers;

3.

in the case of plants with combined heat and power, the net heat generation and the heat output.

(5) The physical exchange of electricity with neighbouring countries (imports and/or imports), irrespective of the other limits of the collection, is independent of all other sources of the electricity. Exports) in each case separately from each neighbouring country.

(6) Public producers shall, where appropriate, have the self-producers for power stations which supply self-producers or end-users directly (without recourse to the public network), data as referred to in paragraph 4 in good time and in the required quality ready to be put. In the event that the final consumer is not a self-producer, the public producer shall, in accordance with Article 1 (1) (1) (7), second sentence, draw up a separate notification, which is separate from the notification as a public producer.

Surveys of 15. October

§ 6. At the latest by 15. October each year must be reported:

1.

by network operators for final consumers with the same billing address, which, in total over all the counting points, referred to at least 6 000 000 kWh in the period from 1 September of the previous year to 31 August of the current year from the network, Company and address (invoice address) of the company, the counting point name (s) and the respective annual reference.

2.

in each case separately from the major consumers at the survey date of 31 August 24:00 o'clock, each separately:

a)

name and address as well as the corresponding count name (s);

b)

economic activity (s) in accordance with the classes of NACE (as amended);

c)

Performance and quantity data on the supply and use of electricity in the last twelve months,

d)

Information on existing technical equipment for the automatic or manual reduction of consumption, or Reference to electrical energy.

Year-on-year surveys

§ 7. (1) The network operators and producers shall each have at the survey date of December 31, midnight for the network levels in accordance with § 63 Z 1 to 3 ElWOG 2010 at the latest by 15. To report the fevers of the year following the survey date:

1.

the inventory of lines, indicating routes and system lengths, the number of systems and conductor bundles, and the distinction between cable and overhead lines, each separately, with a unique system number;

2.

the maximum continuous current per operating medium (e.g. busbar separator, circuit breaker, converter, line separator, auxiliary rail separator, line stranding, etc.) as well as the single-pole circuit diagrams for each switching and switching mechanism (thermal power supply) transmission plan) and

3.

the stock of substations and transformers, indicating the number and power, each separately for each network level and voltage level, and according to the type of plant (substations, substations, transformer stations);

(2) The network operators shall each have at the survey date 31. December 24.00 o'clock at the latest by 15. To report the fevers of the year following the survey date:

1.

the number of end users in each case separately according to network levels according to. Section 63 of the ElWOG 2010 and in the case of non-load-measured end consumers separately according to the end user groups according to § 1 (2) Z 2 and size classes of the reference as well as in the case of final consumers measured by load according to the size classes of the reference;

2.

the number of load-measured and non-load-measured end-users in each case separately according to federal states.

(3) The network operators shall each have a survey period of 1. Jänner 0.00 am until 31st December 24:00 o'clock at the latest by 15. Report the feber of the year following the reporting year:

1.

the supply to the final consumer separately according to network levels according to. § 63 ElWOG 2010 as well as the components of the use/levy, the latter in the case of non-load-measured end consumers separately according to end-user groups according to § 1 para. 2 Z 2 and size classes of the reference as well as at load-speed measured end-users by size class of the reference;

2.

In addition, the supply of load-measured and non-load-measured final consumers separately to the federal states.

(4) Producers who operate at least one power plant with a gross narrow-pass capacity of at least 1 MW as at 31 December of the reporting year shall be entitled to the reference period of 1 January 2007. Jänner 0.00 am until 31st December 24:00 o'clock for all their power stations, in the case of thermal power stations in each case based on individual power plant blocks, in all other types of power plants, in each case separately according to power stations by the latest by 15. Report the feber of the year following the reporting year:

1.

in the case of thermal power stations, gross electricity generation separately from the primary energy sources used and the reference to own needs from the public grid;

2.

In the case of thermal power plants with combined heat and power generation, the net heat generation in accordance with the primary energy sources used as well as the heat emission into a district heating network;

3.

in the case of hydroelectric power stations, gross electricity production and the reference to own resources from the public network;

4.

in the case of storage power stations, the self-consumption for pumped storage, indicating the corresponding references from the public network;

5.

in wind power plants or wind farms, photovoltaic plants and geothermal power plants, the production of the power fed;

6.

by the self-producers in addition to the link from the public network and the net feed into the public network per location.

(5) The producers who operate at least one power plant with a gross narrow-pass capacity of at least 1 MW at 31 December of the reporting year shall, for each of their power stations, in the case of thermal power stations, have at least one power station for the survey date of 31 December 24:00. in relation to individual power station blocks, in all other types of power plants, in each case separately according to power stations, at the latest by 15. To report the fevers of the year following the survey date:

1.

the gross and net close-up performance and the date of entry into service and of the last conversion;

2.

the duration of the starting process under different operating conditions as well as the maximum lead time to reach the operational readiness (both technically and organizationally);

3.

the number, output and type of emergency power plants associated with power stations;

4.

in the case of hydroelectric power stations, the annual regular working capacity;

5.

in the case of running power stations and in the case of daily and weekly storage power stations, in addition, the secured performance;

6.

in the case of storage power stations, the installed pump capacity;

7.

in the case of storage, the nominal energy content, in each case based on the main stage and separately after storage;

8.

In the case of thermal power plants, the maximum net heating power and the maximum storage capacity of primary energy sources are also separated according to primary energy sources.

(6) Public producers shall, where appropriate, have the self-producers for power stations which supply, directly (without the use of the public network), egg generators or end users, data in accordance with paragraphs 4 and 5 in good time and in the necessary Quality ready to be provided. In the event that the final consumer is not a self-producer, the public producer shall, in accordance with Article 1 (1) (1) (7), second sentence, draw up a separate notification, which is separate from the notification as a public producer.

Section 3

Preview Data

Day previews

§ 8. (1) Every day at 5.30 p.m. at the latest, starting at 0.00 am the following day shall be reported as quarterly performance averages for the next 24 hours:

1.

by the accounting group responsible:

a)

the aggregate of the planned power plant generation,

b)

the aggregates of the potential output and sublimits of production, taking into account, in particular, possibly planned non-availabilities, energy and/or energy, Water supply or technical or technical other limitations,

c)

the aggregate of the Kaltreserve,

d)

the pump current insert or the reference for pumped storage;

2.

by the transmission system operators of the course of the load on their own network;

3.

The operators of subordinated networks of the load profile in their own network and, if need be, in downstream networks.

The data can be reported as quarterly performance averages before weekends and holidays up to and including the next working day 24.00 clock.

(2) From the rules zone guides, quarterly performance averages are to be reported each day, starting at 6 p.m. at the latest, starting at 0.00 am the following day for the next 24 hours:

1.

Report the exchange schedules (imports and exports) declared with foreign control zones separately according to balance sheet groups and foreign control zones (day-ahead);

2.

the load forecast (net supply in the regulatory zone);

3.

the forecast of the total production (net feed-in of power plants to the control zone).

Four-week previews

§ 9. (1) Once a week, the following four weeks shall be reported as quarterly performance averages for each Wednesday of the following four weeks at the latest by Wednesday 16.00:

1.

the data pursuant to § 8 (1) (1) (1) of the group responsible for the group

2.

the data referred to in Article 8 (1) (2) of the Directive by the transmission system operators;

3.

the data referred to in Article 8 (1) (3) of the network shall be used by the operators of sub-networks.

(2) The reports referred to in paragraph 1 shall be based on working day conditions for each Wednesday.

Obligations of balance sheet group members and responsible persons

§ 10. (1) The balance sheet group members shall provide the balance sheet group responsible for the values necessary for the determination of the data in accordance with § 8 (1) and § 9 (1) in good time and in the required quality. The corresponding power plant data must be reported in each case by those accounting group responsible in whose balance sheet group the real power plant deployment (effective use) is carried out.

(2) A documentation of the assumptions made in order to comply with the reporting requirements in accordance with § 8 and § 9 is to be transmitted once a year on request of E-Control.

Annual previews

§ 11. Public producers shall report to storage power plants and thermal power stations directly connected to the network levels in accordance with § 63 Z 1 to 3 ElWOG 2010, or which have a gross bottleneck capacity of more than 25 MW:

1.

In each case at the latest by 1 August for the following calendar year, revision plans in the daily grid, indicating the revised performance, for storage power plants, in each case separately by power stations and for thermal power stations, in each case separately by block;

2.

in each case at the latest by 1 August for the following calendar year, availability plans in the daily grid, indicating the necessary lead time between the service call and the possible feed-in in hours and the maximum possible maximum possible Feed-in power, for storage power plants separately according to power stations and for thermal power stations, each separated by blocks;

3.

without delay, any modification of the revision plans notified in accordance with Z 1, corresponding to a change in the revised performance by at least 25 MW and a postponement of the planned revision date (commencement or end) by at least 24 hours;

4.

without delay, any change in the annual availability plans notified in accordance with Z 2, including a change in the reported lead-time between the call for benefits and a possible feed-in by at least 12 hours, or a change in the maximum possible the feed-in capacity shall be at least 25 MW;

5.

without delay, all failures, for which a duration of at least 24 hours is to be assumed and which have a capacity of at least 25 MW, for storage power stations separately according to power stations and for thermal power stations, in each case separately by block.

Section 4

Advanced Data Messages

Obligation to provide information on the occurrence of critical events

§ 12. (1) In the event of a critical event, the control zone guides have to report in the transmission network:

1.

direct technical information on the occurrence of the event, including, in particular, the foreseeable effects on the transmission network and the expected duration;

2.

for the duration of the critical event every day until 6 p.m., an assessment of the situation, indicating, in particular, the foreseeable effects and the expected duration.

(2) In the event of a critical event in the distribution network which could have a serious impact on the transmission system, the subordinate network operators shall report directly to the control zone information in accordance with paragraph 1 (1) (1) (1).

(3) The balance sheet groups shall have an adverse effect on the control zone leader in the settlement of commercial transactions which could lead to a significant need for balancing energy.

(4) The electricity exchange has to report restrictions on the settlement of commercial transactions via the electricity exchange with regard to the control zone guide.

(5) Public producers shall report the information in accordance with Article 11 (1) at the same time to the respective control zone guide.

Monitoring of security of supply

§ 15. (1) For the purposes of the monitoring of security of supply, the following shall be reported at the latest by 30 April at the latest on the date of 15 April:

§ 20. (1) Data collected on the basis of this Regulation may be used exclusively for the purposes provided for in the EnLG 2012.

Transitional provisions

(4) The data in accordance with § 15 (3) Z 2 are for the reporting period from 1 July 2014 to 31 August 2014 as well as tunnelling for the reporting period of 1 July 2014. January 2014 by 30 June 2014 at the latest by 15 September 2014.

(5) The information in accordance with § 15 (5) shall be submitted for the survey date of 1 July 2014 0.00 am to 30 September 2014.

§ 22. (1) This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 July 2014.

(2) With the entry into force of this Regulation, the Electricity Energy Management Data-Regulation 2006 of 21 December 2006, made known in the Official Journal of the Vienna Newspaper No 250 of 28 December 2006, as amended by the Electricity-Energy-Data-Data-Regulation 2006 of 29 June 2009, made known in the Official Journal of the Vienna newspaper no. 125 of 1 July 2009.
