On the basis of § 133 (2) and § 134 (2) of the Maritime Law, BGBl. I n ° 62/1997 in the version of the Federal Law BGBl. I No 180/2013, shall be arranged:
The Ship Guide Ordinance, BGBl. II No 298/2013, shall be amended as follows:

in the case of maritime routes, the non-contained level of authorisation by the captain's patent for the ship's inland waterway B (Section 2 (1) (2)); " |
4. In § 15, at the end of Z 2 to 4, the paint is replaced by a stroke point; at the end of the Z 5 a stroke point is inserted; at the end of the Z 6 the paint and the dot are replaced by a stroke.
