186. Regulation of the Federal Chancellor concerning the transfer of duty matters to officials at federal museums

According to § 10 Section 2 of the Federal Museums Act 2002, Federal Law Gazette (BGBl). I n ° 14, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 40/2014, shall be arranged:

§ 1. (1) The members of the business management responsible for personnel matters of the institutions listed in § 1 of the Federal Museum of Museums Act shall be assigned the following matters relating to the duty of the institutions to the permanent service of the institutions concerned. Federal officials:

1.

Available in connection with changes in name, status and residence;

2.

the allocation of jobs within the institution's sphere of competence;

3.

Determination of whether the compliance with a particular service order is one of the duties;

4.

Decommitment of the secrecy of office;

5.

the determination of the inadmissibility of secondary employment;

6.

granting and refusing to authorise the non-judicial submission of an expert opinion;

7.

Orders relating to the management of the events;

8.

-the availability of recreational vacations;

9.

the granting of special vacations;

10.

Provisions and provisions relating to the right of Karenzurlauben to enter into force by law;

11.

Findings and provisions relating to care and family hospice exemptions;

12.

findings and injunctions relating to justified or unjustified absences from the service;

13.

Findings and injunctions relating to health care and accommodation in genesungsheimen;

14.

the determination of the success of the work;

15.

Decrees pursuant to § § 109 and 110 BDG 1979 and the release of disciplinary orders pursuant to § 131 BDG 1979;

16.

findings and dispositions relating to monetary payments, ancessional fees, benefits in kind and wage confessions;

17.

findings and dispositions relating to travel charges;

18.

Admission and assignment to training courses at the administrative academy of the federal government or other institutions;

19.

Findings and dispositions relating to the granting of sabbaticals.

(2) The provisions of paragraph 1 shall not apply to matters relating to the duty of a civil servant who directs the institution or who is assigned to the central office for more than two months in the service of the service.

(3) The jurisdiction of the Office of the Federal Museums and the Austrian National Library pursuant to Section 12a of the Federal Museums Act 2002 shall remain the responsibility of the office of the Federal Museums and the Austrian National Library in the matters referred to in paragraph 1 (1) (1) to (3) and (12).

§ 2. References to the Federal Museum of Museums Act refer to the version BGBl. I N ° 40/2014.

§ 3. The Regulation shall enter into force on 1 August 2014. No change shall be made within the competence of the matters already pending at the time of entry into force of this Regulation in accordance with Section 1 (1).
