187. Regulation of the Federal Minister of Finance, by which the Regulation of the Federal Minister of Finance on the involvement of staff of the municipalities Feldkirchen bei Graz, Kalsdorf bei Graz, Pirka, Seiersberg, Werndorf, Wundschuh and Zettling for the Financial amt Graz-surroundings in the unit evaluation (Mitwirkungs-V municipalities Feldkirchen bei Graz, Kalsdorf bei Graz, Pirka, Seiersberg, Werndorf, Wundschuh and Zettling) will be changed

On the basis of § 80a of the valuation law 1955, BGBl. No 148/1955, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 63/2013, with the consent of the municipality of Pirka:

The Regulation of the Federal Minister of Finance on the involvement of employees of the municipality of Seiersberg for the Finanzamt Graz-Environment in the case of the unit evaluation (Mitwirkungs-V municipalities Feldkirchen bei Graz, Kalsdorf bei Graz, Pirka, Seiersberg, Werndorf, Wundschuh and Zettling), BGBl. II No 509/2006, as last amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No 38/2014, shall be amended as follows:

1. In § 1, the following last sentence is added:

" From 1. Jänner 2015 and until the expiry of the regulation, the staff of the municipality of Seiersberg-Pirka will act as institutions of the financial office of Graz-surroundings. "

2. In § 3 the following last Satze is added:

"For the municipality of Pirka, the regulation shall enter into force on 31 July 2014 and with the expiry of 31 December 2015."
