63. Federal Act 1996 amends the occasional service law

The National Council has decided:

The occasional Service Act 1996, BGBl. No. 112, last amended by Federal Law Gazette I no. 32/2013, is amended as follows:

1. § 3 para 1 No. 3 is:



"3. for the passenger transport by passenger cars, which will be made available for everyone's use in public places or be requested with the help of telecommunication facilities (space fuhrwerks industry-powered motor vehicles (taxi-));" This business license includes also the sole transportation of things that can be worn by a person without the aid of technical means, as well as the carriage of a closed circle of participants due to special orders; or"2. The following paragraph 9 is added to § 15:

"(9) who as the driver a stationary (article 106 paragraph 10 KFG) performs, although the alcohol content in his blood is more than 0.1 g / l (0.1 per mille), or his breath alcohol more than 0.05 mg / l, commits an administrative offence and is fined of 363 euros to punish with up to 2180 euros, if not also a violation of § 37 para 3 Z 3 or 37a FSG or there against § 99 para 1 to 1B StVO 1960."

3. in article 21 the following paragraph 6 is added:

"(6) § 3 para 1 Nos. 3 and section 15 paragraph 9 as amended by Federal Law Gazette I no. 63/2014 with 1 September 2014 into force."
