After communication of the Director-General of UNESCO, following further States have their instruments of ratification or acceptance to the Convention for the protection of cultural and natural heritage of the world (Federal Law Gazette No. 60/1993, last proclamation of the scope BGBl. Another communication of Director of General according to the Niederlande1 have communicated on May 11, 2011, applies the Convention effective from October 10, 2010 also on the Caribbean part of the Netherlands (the islands of Bonaire, Sint Eustatius and Saba), as well as on Curaçao and Sint Maarten.
