Regulation of the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Österreichische Postbus Aktiengesellschaft concerning the adjustment of the salary and allowances for the service provided pursuant to Section 17 (1a) of the Poststructura Act (PTSG) of the Austrian Postbus Company Assigned civil servants (Postbus-Bezügeverordnung 2014)
According to § 17a paragraph 3 Z 2 PTSG is ordered:
§ 1. As from 1 September 2014, the reference and grant estimates of the officials who are assigned to the service in accordance with Section 17 (1a) of the Austrian Postbus Company (PTSG) in cash amounts shall be adjusted as follows:

The salary and service allowance rates for postal and telecommunications officials (§ § 103 (2), 105 (1) and 4 (4) of the salary law 1956) shall be applied in accordance with Appendix 1 and Appendix 2 set. |

For all cash benefits derived from the salary level 2 of service class V of officials of the General Administration, this approach (Postbus V/2 approach) shall be Euro 2,433,80 as of 1 September 2014. |

§ 2. A new adjustment will take place at the earliest on 1 September 2015.
§ 3. This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 September 2014.
§ 4. With the entry into force of this Regulation, the BGBl Regulation will take effect. II No 252/2013, with the expiry date of 31 August 2014.
