220. Regulation of the Federal Minister for Education and Women, amending the regulation establishing the curricula of the primary school and the special schools

On the basis of the School Organization Act, BGBl. No 242/1962, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 48/2014, in particular § § 6 and 23, shall be prescribed:

The Federal Minister of Education and Cultural Affairs (BGBl) ordinal of the Federal Minister for Education and Cultural Affairs, with which the curricula of the primary school and the special schools are issued. No 134/1963, as last amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No 190/2014, shall be amended as follows:

1. In Article I, Section 3 (1) Z 6, the turn shall be "at special schools" through the turn "for high school students with special educational needs" replaced.

2. In Article I, Section 3 (2), after the word "Hauptschule" the twist ", the New Middle School" inserted and deleted. d.

3. In Article I, Section 3 (3), (4) and (7), the following shall be read: "Hauptschule" in each case the turn ", the New Middle School" inserted.

4. In Article I, Section 3 (5), after the word "Hauptschule" the twist ", the New Middle School" inserted and eliminated the last sentence .

5. In Article I, Section 3 (8), the turn shall be "Volks-, main-and special schools" through the turn "Volks-and Hauptschulen, Neue Mittelschulen und Sonderschulen" replaced.

6. In Article I, Section 3 (9), the turn-of-the- "Volks-and Hauptschulen" through the turn "Volks and Hauptschulen as well as New Middle Schools" replaced.

7. In Article I, Section 4 (1) (lit). b becomes the turn " Hauptschule, Appendix 1 to the Regulation BGBl. II. 134/2000 through the turn " New middle school, Appendix 1 to the BGBl Regulation. II No 185/2012 " replaced.

8. In Article I, Section 4 (1) (lit). c eliminating the turn "as well as the required subject" Machine writing "" .

9. In Article I, Section 4 (3), the turn shall be "Practice-and practical special schools" by the word "Practised people's schools" and the turn "Federal Minister for Education, Arts and Culture" through the turn "Federal Minister for Education and Women" replaced.

10. In Article I, Article 5 of the following paragraph 23 is added:

" (23) The following provisions in the version of the BGBl Regulation. II No 220/2014 shall enter into force as follows:

1.		Article I (3) (1) (6), Article I (3), (2), (3), (4), (5), (7), (8) and (9), Article I (4) (1) (b) and (c) and Article I (4) (3) shall enter into force at the end of the day of the manifestation in the Federal Law Gazans
2.		Annex C 6 will enter into force on 1 September 2014. "

11. The previous Annex C 6 shall be replaced by the Annex C 6 forming part of this Regulation.
