221. Regulation of the Federal Ministry of Labour, Social Affairs and Consumer Protection at the Federal Ministry of Labour, Social Affairs and Consumer Protection, which ameliorates the allowance for apprentice training for event technicians.

The Federal Office of the Federal Ministry of Labour, Social Affairs and Consumer Protection is the Federal Ministry of Labour, Social Affairs and Consumer Protection in accordance with Section 26 (1) of the German Labour Constitution Act, BGB No. 22/1974, in the version of the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 71/2013 authorises the apportionment of apprentice compensation at the request of a collective contractual body if a collective agreement is not effective for the sector concerned.

The Federal Ministry of Labour, Social Affairs and Consumer Protection has set the following apprentice compensation with a decision of 4 September 2014 following the implementation of a senate hearing:

Scope

§ 1.

a)		Technical: event technology, insofar as no collective agreement is effective for this industry-except collective agreements pursuant to § 18 (4) ArbVG-effective.
b)		Spatial: The territory of the Republic of Austria.
c)		Personal: Teachers within the meaning of the Vocational Training Act, which train apprentices in the course of the course of the course of the course and use them in the course of this training, as well as the apprentices in the teaching profession employed by these teachers Event technology.

Extent of apprentice compensation

§ 2. The apprentice compensation is:

a)		1. Year of apprenticeship: 528,90 € per month;

c)		in the 3. Year of apprenticeship: 841,70 € per month;
d)		in the 4th Teaching year: 1 090,30 € per month.

Holiday grant

§ 3. Each apprentice receives a holiday allowance in addition to his holiday fee in the amount of a monthly apprentice compensation. The holiday grant is to be paid at the time of the arrival of the holiday, in the case of consumption of the holiday in parts upon arrival of the longer holiday part, but at the latest on 30 June. During the apprenticeship year one or more Leaving apprentices receive the aliquot part of the holiday grant.

Christmas Remuneration

§ 4. Each apprentice receives, once in the calendar year, a Christmas Remuneration in the amount of a monthly apprentice compensation, which is to be paid no later than 30 November. During the calendar year, one or more issuing apprentices will receive the aliquot part of the Christmas Remuneration.

Basis for overtime calculation according to § 1 para. 1a Z 1 KJBG

§ 5. If there is no relevant skilled worker's wage in an establishment, § 1 para. 1a Z 1 KJBG, then for the overtime pay of apprentices, which is the 18. They have completed an hourly rate of € 9.36 for the calculation of the basic wage and the overtime surcharge.

Onset of effectiveness

§ 6. The apportion of the apprentice compensation shall be determined by 1. October 2014, in force.
