According to Art. 139 (5) B-VG, it is made known:

The Constitutional Court, with the recognition of 5 June 2014, V 64 /2013-8, delivered to the Federal Minister for Justice on 27 August 2014, stated that the phrase "the application and the" in the sentence " and the entry in the list of Lawyers of a lawyer's chamber or a list of established European lawyers at the time of the application and the entry of the professional incapacity " in § 7 para. 1 lit. a of the Statutes of the Supply Facility Part A of the Bar Association for Carinthia in the version of the decision of the plenary assembly of 6 November 2008, entered into force with 1. Jänner 2009, published and available on the website of the Austrian Bar Association (http://www.rechtsanwaelte.at/downloads/satzung_versorgungseinr_teila_ktn2009.pdf), was illegal).
