Following the announcement by the Federal Foreign Office of the Federal Republic of Germany on 17 July 2014, Hungary has adopted its declaration pursuant to Article 42 of this Regulation. 1 on the Treaty between the Kingdom of Belgium, the Federal Republic of Germany, the Kingdom of Spain, the French Republic, the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, the Kingdom of the Netherlands and the Republic of Austria on the deepening of the cross-border cooperation, in particular in the fight against terrorism, cross-border crime and illegal migration (Kundrendered in BGBl. The designation of national contact points in accordance with. Art. 6 (1), Art. 11 (1), Art. 12 (2), Art. 15 and Article 16 (3) of the Prüm Treaty are withdrawn by Hungary, since the regulations identical to those sections of the Prüm Treaty are adopted by the adoption of the decision of the EU Council 2008 /615/IB on the deepening of cross-border cooperation, in particular on the fight against terrorism, cross-border crime of 23 June 2007. 06.
