Regulation of the Federal Minister of Arts and Culture, the Constitution and the Media on the fixing of the flat-rate remuneration of the Federal Government for the performance of lawyers in the context of procedural assistance before the administrative courts (flat-rate compensation ordinance Administrative Courts-VwG-PauschVgtV)

On the basis of § 56a (2) of the Bar Code, RAO, RGBl. No. 96/1868, as last amended by the Budgetbegleitgesetz 2014, BGBl. I n ° 40/2014, shall be arranged:

Flat-rate compensation

§ 1. The amount of the flat-rate payment for the services of the lawyers appointed in accordance with § 45a RAO in the framework of procedural assistance before the administrative courts shall be fixed for the calendar year 2014 and the following calendar years with EUR 17 000 per year.

In-and out-of-power

§ 2. This Regulation shall enter into force at the end of the month of its operation. At the same time, the Federal Chancellor's Regulation on the fixing of the flat-rate remuneration of the Federal Government for the services of lawyers in the context of procedural assistance before the administrative courts (the lump-sum payment ordinance is administrative courts- VwG-PauschVgtV), BGBl. II No 408/2013, except for force.
