202. Proclamation of the Federal Minister for culture, constitutional and media regarding amendments to the European Agreement on main inland waterways of international importance (AGN) in the version of the change by October 15, 2008
On the basis of § 5 par. 1 Z 6 of the Federal Act on the Federal Law Gazette in 2004 (BGBlG), Federal Law Gazette I no. 100/2003 as amended, will be published:
The Working Group on inland waterway transport adopted 12, 13 and 14, as well as the systems I and II of the European Agreement on main inland waterways of international importance (AGN) 1 amendments related to its 56th session (Geneva, 10-12 October 2012) of the article:

After notification of the Secretary-General of the United Nations, the amendments of annexes I and II of the Convention pursuant to its article 13 are entered into force paragraph 5 for all Contracting Parties with 15 October 2013.
A further communication from the Secretary-General according to para 4 for all Contracting Parties with 7 November 2014 enters into force the amendments to articles 12, 13 and 14 of the Convention pursuant to its article 12.
Due to section 5 paragraph 2 of the Federal Act on the Federal Law Gazette in 2004 (BGBlG), Federal Law Gazette I no. 100/2003 as amended, in conjunction with the decision of the National Council in accordance with article 49 paragraph 2 B-VG to the Convention, be changes in French and Russian language edition in the Federal Ministry of transport, innovation and technology made known unto.
