75. Federal Law on the consent and authorisation for the recovery and transfer of immovable and movable federal assets as well as amendment of the Federal immobilization act

The National Council has decided:

Article 1

Approval for the recovery of the immovable federal assets transferred to the motorways and expressways-financing-public limited company

The Federal Minister of Finance is in accordance with Article 5, Section 6 (5) in conjunction with Section 16, Federal Act on the Authorisation And Transfer Of Federal Roads, Federal Law Gazette (BGBl). I n ° 50/2002, authorizing the following provisions concerning the approval of the recovery of the immovable federal assets transferred to the motorways and expressway finance company. The utilisation of the listed properties must be carried out in the best possible way.

Article 2

Authorization for the sale of immovable and movable federal assets

The Federal Minister of Finance is authorized to use the following movable and immovable federal assets for recovery, with the best possible use being made of the utilization. § 2 sec. 2 SIVBEG-Erdirectional Act-SIVBEG-EG, BGBl applies to real estate in the administration of the Federal Ministry for National Defence and Sports. Article 3

Amendment of the Federal Property Law

The federal law, with which the federal property administration is reorganized (Bundesimmobiliengesetz), BGBl. I No 141/2000, BGBl. I n ° 144/2005, most recently BGBl. I n ° 35/2012, 2nd Stability Act 2012-2. StabG 2012, is amended as follows:

1. In Appendix A.1.1 to Art. 1, in the case of the object EZ 508, KG 63262, the footnote "2" § 16 (4) Bundesimmobiliengesetz (Bundesimmobiliengesetz) is to be applied accordingly. The line is therefore:

Article 4

Transfer of immovable federal assets

The Federal Minister of Finance is authorized to use the property in El Castillo, together with the objects on it, acquired in 2002 and 2005 for the purpose of development cooperation in Nicaragua and property of the Federal Government. and transfer to the property of the Cooperative COOPERIO and to the administrative area of the Nicaraguan Ministry of Foreign Affairs MINREX free of charge.

Article 5

With regard to Articles 1, 2 and 4 of the Federal Minister of Finance, the Federal Minister for Science, Research and the Economy is responsible for the enforcement of this federal law.
