80. Federal Act, with which the Personal Status Act 2013 and the citizenship law in 1985 will be amended

The National Council has decided:

Article 1

The Federal Act on the regulation of civil status (civil status law 2013-PStG 2013), BGBl. I n ° 16/2013, as last amended by the Federal Act BGBl. I n ° 40/2014, is amended as follows:

(1) The following paragraph 7 is added to § 61:

" (7) In the period up to 1 June 2015, for technical reasons, the ZPR is not only available in the short term for technical reasons and can no longer properly be used by the authorities on the basis of the information available to the authorities. , the Federal Minister of the Interior may order by means of a regulation that the civil status books are in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Status Law, BGBL. N ° 60/1983, as amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 135/2009. This Regulation shall be repealed as soon as the full operational capacity of the ZPR is restored. The personal status data arising during the period of validity of such a regulation shall then be left to the operator for further processing in the ZPR. Insofar as data has been left to the operator before the validity of the regulation and is required for the execution of a current personal status, these can be requested by the operator in the event of a starting date. "

(2) The following paragraph 7 is added to § 72:

"(7) § 61 (7) shall enter into force on 1 November 2014."

The Federal Act on Austrian Citizenship (Staatsbürgerschaftsgesetz 1985-StbG), Federal Law Gazette (BGBl). No. 311/1985, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 188/2013 is amended as follows:

The following paragraphs 22 and 23 are added to Section 64a:

" (22) In the period up to 1 June 2015, the ZSR is not only available in the short term for technical reasons nationwide and cannot, on the basis of the information available to the authorities, procedures under this Federal Act any longer. , the Federal Minister of the Interior may order, by means of a regulation, that the national civil society shall be subject to the conditions laid down in the Civic Citizenship Law, BGBL. No. 311/1985, in the version of the Federal Law BGBl. I No 87/2012. This Regulation shall be repealed as soon as the full operational capability of the ZSR has been restored. The data on citizenship resulting from the validity of such a regulation must then be left to the operator for further processing in the ZSR. Insofar as data has been left to the operator before the application of the regulation and is required for the execution of a current procedure, it can be requested by the operator in the event of a starting date.

(23) Para. 22 shall enter into force on 1 November 2014. "
