303. Regulation of the Federal Minister for Science, Research and the Economy, which repeals the Regulation on the limitation of the emission of air pollutants from installations for the sintering of iron ore

On the basis of § 82 (1) of the 1994 Commercial Code (Gewerbeordnung)-GewO 1994, BGBl. N ° 194, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 125/2013 and in the version of the BGBl rallies. I No 202/2013, BGBl. I No 212/2013 and BGBl. I n ° 60/2014, shall be assigned in agreement with the Federal Minister for Agriculture, Forestry, Environment and Water Management:

§ 1. The regulation of the Federal Minister for Economic Affairs on the limitation of the emission of air pollutants from installations for the sintering of iron ore, BGBl. II No 163/1997, will expire on 30 November 2014.

§ 2. As far as not already the BGBl regulation. II No 163/1997, the provisions of this Regulation shall apply at the time of the entry into force of the Regulation BGBl. II No 303/2014, until such time as they have been approved by the Commission.
