347. Regulation of the Board of Management of E-Control on the price of certificates of origin to be assigned by the "Ökodownstream winding station" 2015 (Exemption Price Regulation 2015, HKN-VO 2015)

On the basis of § 10 paragraph 12 Ökostromgesetz 2012 (ÖSG 2012), BGBl. I No 75/2011, shall be arranged:

§ 1. For the 2015 calendar year, the following price shall be determined for the proofs of origin to be assigned by the eco-current winding office according to § 37 (1) Z 3 of the Austrian Development Fund (ÖSG 2012): 1.00 Euro/MWh.

§ 2. (1) This Regulation shall enter into force 1. Jänner 2015 in force.

(2) The regulation of the Board of Management of E-Control on the price of certificates of origin to be assigned by the "Ökodownstream liquidate" in 2014 (Traceability Price Regulation 2014, HKN-VO 2014), BGBl II 483/2013, enters into force on 31 December 2014 except for strength.
