2. Regulation of the Federal Minister for Economics and labour, with the training rules for the profession of banker/bank clerk

On the basis of article 8 of the vocational training Act, Federal Law Gazette No. 142/1969, as last amended by the Federal Act Federal Law Gazette I no. 79/2003, is prescribed:

§ 1.

 The profession of banker/bank clerk is decorated with an apprenticeship of three years.

§ 2.

 Through the vocational training in teaching and in the vocational school trained apprentice should be enabled independently, professionally and independently carry out the following activities:

§ 4.

 This Regulation shall enter into force January 1, 2004.

Transitional provisions



§ 5.

 (1) the bank clerk training regulations, Federal Law Gazette II No. 151/1998, is without prejudice to the provisions on the examination requirements at the end of December 31, 2003 override.

(2) apprentices, who are trained in the profession of banker on December 31, 2003, can further be trained according to the training regulations listed in paragraph 1.
