On the basis of article 8 of the vocational training Act, Federal Law Gazette No. 142/1969, as last amended by the Federal Act Federal Law Gazette I no. 79/2003, is prescribed:

Teaching real estate real estate clerk



§ 1.

 The profession of real estate real estate clerk is decorated with an apprenticeship of three years.

Professional profile



§ 2.

 Through the vocational training in teaching and in the vocational school trained apprentice should be enabled independently, professionally and independently carry out the following activities:

§ 4.

 This Regulation shall enter into force January 1, 2004.

Transitional provisions



§ 5.

 (1) the real estate businessman training regulations, Federal Law Gazette II No. 159/1998, is without prejudice to the provisions on the examination requirements at the end of December 31, 2003 override.

(2) apprentices, who are trained in the teaching profession real estate businessman on December 31, 2003, can further be trained according to the training regulations listed in paragraph 1.

(3) the lumberyards, which were completed in the teaching profession real estate businessman according to the training regulations listed in paragraph 1, are fully expect real estate real estate clerk on the apprenticeship in the teaching profession.
