11. Regulation of the Federal Minister for Economic Affairs and Labour, which lays down training rules for the profession of Industrial Salesmann/Employee

On the basis of the § 8 of the Professional Law, BGBl. No 142/1969, last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 79/2003, will be prescribed:

§ 1. The teaching profession is established with a three-year teaching period.

Professional profile

§ 2. Through vocational training in teaching and vocational training, the trained teacher will be able to carry out the following activities in a professional, independent and self-responsible manner:

1.

do work in the post-introduction and post-base,

2.

produce texts and documents on the basis of instructions correctly and in a formal manner,

3.

Stocks (such as office material, documents, office facilities)

carry out work in the context of payments,

5.

inform and mentor customers,

6.

conduct sales talks,

7.

prepare orders (materials, goods and services)

8.

monitor delivery dates and take steps at delay;

9.

11.

participate in the operational accounting and cost calculation;

12.

provide, await and evaluate statistics, files and maps.

Professional training

§ 3. (1) The following training course will be defined. § 4. This Regulation will enter into force on 1 January 2004.

Transitional provisions

§ 5. (1) The training rules for the profession of industrial purchasemann, BGBl. No 381/1990 will expire at the end of 31. December 2003.

(2) Apprenticeships, The training scheme referred to in paragraph 1 may be further trained in the teaching profession.

(3) The teaching periods, which are in the profession of industrial purchaseer according to the in paragraph. 1 of the above mentioned training rules are fully calculated on the teaching period in the industrial purchaseer/industry shop.
