On the basis of article 8 of the vocational training Act, Federal Law Gazette No. 142/1969, as last amended by the Federal Act Federal Law Gazette I no. 79/2003, is prescribed:

§ 1.

 The profession of travel Office Assistant/travel Office Assistant is decorated with an apprenticeship of three years.

§ 2.

 Through the vocational training in teaching and in the vocational school trained apprentice should be enabled independently, professionally and independently carry out the following activities:

§ 4.

 This Regulation shall enter into force January 1, 2004.

Transitional provisions



§ 5.

 (1) the travel Office Assistant training regulations, Federal Law Gazette II No. 317/1991, expiry of the 31 December 2003 override occurs.

(2) apprentices, who are trained in the teaching profession of travel Office Assistant at December 31, 2003, can further be trained according to the training regulations listed in paragraph 1.

(3) the lumberyards, which were completed in the teaching profession of travel agency wizard according to the training regulations listed in paragraph 1, are fully expect travel Office Assistant/travel Office Assistant on the apprenticeship in the teaching profession.
