20. Ordinance of the Federal Minister of Economics and Labour, with the training regulations for the teaching profession Speditionslogistik are issued

On the basis of § 8 of the Vocational Training Act, BGBl. No. 142/1969, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 79/2003, shall be ordered:

Teaching profession freight forwarding logistics

§ 1. (1) The teaching profession Speditionslogistik has been established with a teaching period of three years.

(2) In the teaching contracts, teaching certificates, teaching certificates and teaching letters, the teaching profession is to be described in the form corresponding to the sex of the apprentice (forwarding logistics specialist or forwarding logistics provider).

Professional profile

§ 2. Through vocational training in the course of teaching and in the vocational school, the trained apprentice is to be able to carry out the following activities in a professional, independent and self-responsible way:

carry out work, taking into account the relevant legal provisions,

Planning and controlling work processes, assessing and documenting achievements, applying quality management systems,

carry out simple work in logistics controlling,

13.

carry out administrative work by means of the operational information and communication systems,

14.

participate in company accounting and cost accounting,

15.

Create, maintain, and evaluate statistics, files and files.

§ 3. (1) The following vocational training shall be established for the training. Transitional provisions

§ 4. (1) The training regulations for the teaching profession of freight forwarding logistics, BGBl. II No 376/2003, shall expire on 31 December 2003.

(2) Teacher's periods in the teaching profession of forwarding logistics in accordance with the training regulations BGBl. II No 376/2003, the training in the teaching profession of forwarding logistics must be fully calculated in accordance with the provisions of this Regulation.

§ 5. This Regulation shall enter into force 1. Jänner 2004 in force.
