Regulation of the Federal Minister for Education, Science and Culture, which changes the regulation on student support for students at the University of Private University for Medical Informatics and Technology Tyrol

Due to § 3 (2) and (3) of the Student Promotion Act 1992-StudFG, BGBl. No. 305, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 75/2003, shall be assigned in agreement with the Federal Minister for Finance:

The regulation on student funding for students at the private university of Medical Informatics and Technology Tyrol, BGBl. II No 410/2002, shall be amended as follows:

(1) In § 2, paragraphs 2, 3 and 4 shall be awarded the sales names " (3) "," (4) " and " (5) ", and § 2 para. 2 reads:

" (2) Study support for the Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences will be for a maximum of three and a half years, for the Master's degree in Health Sciences at most for two and a half years and for the Doctoral Studies in Health Sciences. for a maximum period of two and a half years. "

2. The previous § 3 is given the sales designation "(1)", and the following paragraph 2 is added:

" (2) § 2 in the version of the BGBl Regulation. II No 27/2004 should apply to applications for student support from the 2003/04 academic year. "
