33. Revelation of the Federal Minister of Transport, Innovation and Technology, concerning the name and emblem of the Convention for the Protection of the World Cultural and Natural Heritage

Due to § 4 paragraph 1 Z 1 lit.c of the trademark protection law 1970, BGBl. N ° 260, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 143/2001, is made known in agreement with the Federal Minister for Foreign Affairs that the name and emblem of the Convention for the Protection of the Cultural and Natural Heritage of the World, which is published in the Austrian Trademark Register of the Austrian Federal Republic of Germany Patent office for anyone to inspect, are excluded from the registration under the trademark protection law.
