244. Presentation by the Federal Minister of Arts and Culture, the Constitution and the Media, concerning the scope of the Protocol on Explosive Remnant of War (Protocol V)

According to the UN Secretary-General's notice, Grenada has notified its approval on 10 December 2014, through the Protocol on Explosive Remnant of War (Protocol V) (BGBl. III n ° 40/2008, last proclamation of the BGBl area. III. No 207/2014), in accordance with Article 4 of the Convention on the Prohibition or Restriction of the Use of Certain Conventional Weapons Which May Be Deemed to Be Excessively Injiy or to Have Indiscriminate Effects.
