On the occasion of the deposit of its instrument of accession the following States, not to consider paragraph 1 of the Convention is bound to article 23:

In addition, Indonesia declared on the occasion of the deposit of its instrument of accession, that article 4 of the Convention regarding the use or the threat of use of nuclear weapons for any means or purposes not as supportive, encouraging, should be construed in tolerating, rechtfertigend, or legitimierend.
