96. Revocation of the Federal Chancellor on the abolition of the collective bargaining agreement 12a of the Court Fees Act by the Constitutional Court
According to Art. 140 (5) and (6) B-VG and in accordance with Section 64 (2) of the Constitutional Court Act 1953, BGBl. No. 85/1953, is made known:
The Constitutional Court, with the recognition of 11 December 2014, G 157 /2014-24, delivered to the Federal Chancellor on 19 December 2014, rightly recognized:

Tariff post 12a court fee law, BGBl. No. 501/1984, idF BGBl. I n ° 111/2010, is being repealed as unconstitutional. |

The repeal shall enter into force upon expiry of 31 December 2015. |

Previous legal provisions do not enter into force again. " |
