102. Federal Law, with which the Federal Constitutional Law is amended and a Federal Act on the Information Regulations of the National Council and the Federal Council (Information Ordination Act-InfOG) are adopted

The National Council has decided:

Article 1

Amendment of the Federal Constitutional Law

The Federal Constitutional Law-B-VG, BGBl. No. 1/1930, as last amended by the Federal Act BGBl. I No 101/2014, shall be amended as follows:

Article 30 shall be inserted in accordance with Article 30 of this Article.

" Article 30a. The special protection and secrecy of information in the area of the National Council and the Federal Council are governed by a special federal law. The Federal Act on the Information Regulations of the National Council and the Federal Council may be adopted by the National Council only in the presence of at least half of the members and by a majority of two-thirds of the votes cast. It shall also require the approval of the Bundesrat in the presence of at least one-half of the members and by a majority of two-thirds of the votes cast. "

(2) Article 151 is added to the following paragraph 58:

" (58) Art. 30a in the version of the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 102/2014 occurs with 1. Jänner 2015 in force. "
