6. Federal Law which changes the Media Cooperation and Promotion Transparency Act

The National Council has decided:

Amendment of the Media Cooperation and Promotion Transparency Act

The Federal Act on the Transparency of Media Cooperations as well as of Advertising Applications and Funding for Media Holders of a Periodic Medium (Media Cooperation and Promotion Transparency Act, MedKF-TG), BGBl. I No 125/2011, is amended as follows:

1. § 2 para. 2 reads:

" (2) (1) does not apply to contracts whose purpose is to:

1.

the fulfilment of a publication obligation, whether regulated by a federal law or by law, or otherwise administrative or judicial, or the purpose of which is to publish job offers, calls for tender or to publish them with them. comparable notices of limited public interest; or

2.

the apportionment of charges exclusively directed to a foreign target audience in a periodic printing unit distributed by a foreign media holder, or broadcast by this media owner, or common or on-demand periodic electronic medium. "

2. In § 7, the following paragraph 3 is added:

" (3) § 2 para. 2 in the version of the Federal Law BGBl. I. No. 6/2015 is 1. Jänner 2015 in force. "
