8. Federal Act with which the salary law in 1956 and the contract law of 1948 will be amended

The National Council has decided:

Article 1

Amendment of the salary law in 1956

The salary law 1956-GehG, BGBl. No. 54/1956, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 8/2014, shall be amended as follows:

(1) The following paragraph 16 is added to § 113:

" (16) For claims and pension rights, which are based on an improvement in the status of the patent due to an additional consideration of times before the completion of the 18. As of November 11, 2014, the period from November 11, 2014 shall not be due to the three-year period of limitation according to § 13b or § 40 of the Pension Act 1965. "

(2) The following paragraph 78 is added to § 175:

" (78) § 113 (16) in the version of the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 8/2015 will enter into force with 11 November 2014. "

Article 2

Amendment of the Contract Law Act 1948

The Law on the Order of Contract in 1948-VBG, BGBl. No. 86/1948, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 8/2014, shall be amended as follows:

(1) The following paragraph 15 is added to § 82:

" (15) In the case of rights to pay, the claims arising from an improvement in the position of pay due to an additional consideration of times before the completion of the 18. The period from November 11, 2014 shall not be due to the three-year period of limitation in accordance with § 18a. "

(2) The following paragraph 69 is added to § 100:

" (69) § 82 (15) in the version of the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 8/2015 will enter into force with 11 November 2014. "
