Article 1

Amendment of the Criminal Law

The law enforcement law, BGBl. No 144/1969, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 190/2013, shall be amended as follows:

1. In Section 10 (1), the phrase "The Executive Directorate" through the phrase "The Federal Ministry of Justice" replaced.

2. § 12 together with the title shall be deleted.

3. § 13 reads:

" § 13. The supreme law enforcement authority is the Federal Ministry of Justice; in it is a Directorate-General for the execution of sentences and the enforcement of free-of-charge measures, including the Chief Medical Service and the Evaluation and Evaluation Centre for Violence and Enforcement. To set up sex offenders. Article 2

Amendment of the Code of Criminal Procedure in 1975

The Code of Criminal Procedure in 1975, BGBl. No. 631/1975, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 71/2014, shall be amended as follows:

1. In Section 183 (2) and (3), the twists shall be "the Executive Directorate" through the twists "The Federal Ministry of Justice" replaced.

2. In § 514, the following paragraph 26 is inserted after paragraph 25:

" (26) § 183 (2) and (3) in the version of the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 13/2015 will enter into force on 1 July 2015. "

Article 3

Amendment of the Youth Court Act 1988

The Juvenile Justice Act 1988, BGBl. No 599/1988, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 71/2014, shall be amended as follows:

1. In Section 55 (5), the turn shall be "the Executive Directorate" through the turn "The Federal Ministry of Justice" replaced.

2. In § 56 (1), the turn "the Executive Directorate" through the turn "The Federal Ministry of Justice" replaced.

3. In § 57 the Wendung "the Executive Directorate" through the turn "The Federal Ministry of Justice" replaced.

4. In Article VIII, the following paragraph 4g is inserted after paragraph 4g:

" (4h) § § 55 para. 5, 56 para. 1 and 57 in the version of the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 13/2015 will enter into force on 1 July 2015. "

Article 4

Amendment of the probation aid law

The Probation Aid Act, BGBl. No. 146/1969, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 2/2013, shall be amended as follows:

1. In the first and last sentence of section 26 (1) of the Z 3, the twists and turns are eliminated. "and the Executive Directorate" .

Article 26a (2) reads as follows:

Article 5

Amendment of the Executive Service and Recognition Act

The Executive Service and Recognition Drawing Act, BGBl. No 521/1985, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 153/2013, shall be amended as follows:

1. In Section 2b (2), the word order shall be "Head of the Executive Directorate" through the phrase "Federal Minister for Justice" replaced.

(2) In § 7, the following paragraph 5 is added:

" (5) § 2b (2) in the version of the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 13/2015 will enter into force on 1 July 2015. "

Article 6

Amendment of the Act on Legal Practice

The law-making law, BGBl. No 644/1987, as last amended by the duty-law novella 2013, BGBl. No 210/2013, shall be amended as follows:

1. In Section 6 (3), in Z 5, the following is indicated by the word "and" replaced, the Z 6 and the previous Z 7 will be replaced by the number designation "6." .

2. In § 29, the following subsection 2i is inserted after paragraph 2h:

" (2i) § 6 para. 3 in the version of the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 13/2015 will enter into force on 1 July 2015. "
