3. Revelation of the Federal Minister of Arts and Culture, Constitution and the Media concerning the scope of the Additional Protocol to the Migrant Smuggling of Migrants by Land, Sea and Air, to the United Nations Convention against the Contrary to the Convention against the Transnational organised crime

According to the Communications of the Secretary-General of the United Nations, the following States have ratified their instruments of ratification or ratification. Accession documents to the Protocol against the smuggling of migrants by land, sea and air to the United Nations Convention against Transnational Organised Crime (BGBl). On the occasion of the deposit of its instrument of accession, Cuba has declared that, in accordance with the provisions of Article 20 (3) of the Protocol, it does not comply with the provisions of paragraph 2 of this Article.

In addition, on the occasion of the deposit of its instrument of ratification, the Czech Republic shall determine its authority in accordance with Article 8 (6) of the Protocol as follows:

Without prejudice to Article 18 of the United Nations Convention against Transnational Organized Crime and the Communication of the Czech Republic, which was made pursuant to Article 18 (13), the Czech Republic shall, in accordance with Article 18 of the United Nations Convention on Transnational Organized Crime Article 8 (6) of the Protocol against the smuggling of migrants by land, sea and air to the United Nations Convention against Transnational Organised Crime, which states that the Police Presidium of the Czech Republic, Department of International Police Cooperation, as the responsible authority for the receipt of requests for legal assistance, for the confirmations of the registration or the right of a ship to fly its flag and for the adoption of appropriate measures to be taken and to respond to them.
