According to the note by the Secretary-General of the Council of Europe, Luxembourg is annexed to the European Agreement on the Regulation of Passenger Transport between the Member States of the Council of Europe (BGBl. No 175/1958, as last amended by and last proclamation of the BGBl scope. III, No 317/2013), as follows:

No objections have been raised by the contracting parties to the Agreement against the amendment of the list, and it has therefore entered into force on 26 June 2014 in accordance with Article 11 of the Agreement.
