Presentation by the Federal Minister of Arts and Culture, the Constitution and the Media, concerning amendments to the Regulation annexed to the European Convention on the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Inland Waterways (ADN)

On the basis of § 5 paragraph 1 Z 6 of the Federal Law on the Federal Law Gazette 2004 (BGBlG), BGBl. I n ° 100/2003 idgF, shall be made known:

According to the statement of the Secretary-General of the United Nations of 2 October 2014, as well as according to the communications of the 6. The following amendments and corrections to the Regulation annexed to the European Convention on the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Inland Waterways (ADN) were adopted in January 2015 (BGBl. III n ° 67/2008, as last amended by BGBl. III, No 45/2014), adopted pursuant to Article 20 (5) of the Convention:

The present amendments are 1. in accordance with Article 20 (5) of the Convention for all Contracting Parties. Jänner entered into force in 2015.

With this agreement, Commission Directive 2014 /103/EU of 21 November 2014 concerning the third adaptation of the Annexes to Directive 2008 /68/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on the inland transport of dangerous goods to the scientific and technical progress, OJ L 327, No. 15., as regards Annex III.1.
