According to Art. 140 (5) and (6) B-VG and in accordance with Section 64 (2) of the Constitutional Court Act 1953, BGBl. No. 85/1953, is made known:
The Constitutional Court, with the knowledge of 11 December 2014, G 119-120/2014-12, was sent to the Federal Chancellor on 14 December 2014. Jänner 2015, rightly recognized:

The first sentence of Section 191 (2) of the General Civil Code (ABGB), JGS 946/1811 idF BGBl. I No 15/2013, as well as Section 8 (4) of the Federal Law on the Registered Partnership (Registered Partnership-Law-EPG), BGBl. I No 135/2009 idF BGBl. I No 179/2013, are unconstitutional. |

The repeal shall enter into force upon expiry of 31 December 2015. |
