Scope

§ 1.

a)

Spatial: The territory of the Republic of Austria.

b)

Technical: enterprises engaged in the rental industry of motor vehicles without the assistance of a handlebar (motor vehicle rental companies).

c)

Personal: Teachers within the meaning of the Vocational Training Act, which train apprentices in the teaching profession and use them in the course of this training, and apprentices in the teaching profession, office clerk, who are the teachers of these teachers. are employed.

Amount of apprentice allowance

§ 2. The apprentice compensation is:

a)

1. Year of apprenticeship: 508,60 € per month;

b)

in 2. Year of apprenticeship: 726,50 € per month;

c)

in the 3. Year of apprenticeship: 1 017.10 € per month.

Holiday grant

§ 3. All apprentices receive a holiday grant once in the calendar year at the level of a monthly apprentice compensation due on 1 June. During the calendar year, one or more Leaving apprentices receive the aliquot part of the holiday grant.

Christmas Remuneration

§ 4. All apprentices receive a Christmas Remuneration once in the calendar year in the amount of a monthly apprentice compensation due at the latest on 1 December. During the calendar year, one or more issuing apprentices will receive the aliquot part of the Christmas Remuneration.
