The Altlastenatlas-VO, BGBl. II No 232/2004, as last amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No 110/2015, shall be amended as follows:

(1) The following paragraph 22 is added to § 2:

" (22) Annexes 3, 4, 7 and 9 in the version of the BGBl Regulation. II No. 12/2016 shall enter into force on 1 February 2016. "
