26. Ordinance of the Federal Minister for National Defence and Sport on the financial claims of the beneficiaries
On the basis of § § 2 to 6, 9 and 9a, § 17 (4), § § 29 and 31, § § 36 and 40 to 42 as well as § 45 of the Army Fee Act 2001, BGBl. I n ° 31, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 65/2015, shall be arranged:
