33. Regulation of the Chairman of the Board of Management of Telekom Austria Aktiengesellschaft concerning the adjustment of the references and allowances for the civil servants assigned to the service in accordance with Section 17 (1a) of the Postal Structure Act (PTSG) of the Telekom Austria Aktiengesellschaft and civil servants (telecom Regulation 2016)

According to § 17a para. 3 Z 2 PTSG is prescribed:

§ 1. The salary, service allowance and usage allowance rates expressed in amounts of money paid by the civil servants who are subject to the PTSG of the Telekom Austria Aktiengesellschaft pursuant to Section 17 (1a) of the PTSG Services are assigned to the collective contractual salary adjustment as agreed on 25 November 2015, as follows:

The salary, service allowance and usage allowance rates for civil servants and civil servants in the postal and telecommunications sector (§ § 103 (2), 105 (1) and (4), 106 (1) and (1a) of the salary law 1956) are to be found in accordance with Annex I 1, Appendix 2 , and Appendix 3 .

§ 2. The transfer amounts are increased by 1.5%, at least by € 40,-in accordance with § 170a para. 1 of the salary law in 1956.

§ 3. The special and holiday allowance in accordance with Section 17 (4) of the salary law in 1956 amounts to € 2.80 for every hour.

§ 4. The indemnification according to § 17b of the salary act 1956, is determined as follows:

For a workday € 27,-

For a Sundays and Holiday € 43,-

§ 5. For all other charges and allowances derived from the reference amount in accordance with section 3 (4) of the salary law of 1956, the amounts still valid on 1.1.2000 shall continue to be valid for the determination of the amounts. Salary level of service class V, salary level 2 of the officials of the General Administration, which is € 1,799,75

§ 6. This Regulation comes with 1.  Jänner 2016 in force.
