33. Regulation of the CEO of Telekom Austria Aktiengesellschaft about adjusting the remuneration and allowances pursuant to § 17 para 1a postal structure Act (PTSG) of Telekom Austria Aktiengesellschaft to officials assigned to the services and officials of (telecom related regulation 2016)

In accordance with Article 17a par. 3 No. 2 PTSG is prescribed:

§ 1. The salary expressed in sums of money, service einkommensteuergesetz and use allowance approaches of the servants and officials who para 1a PTSG of Telekom Austria Aktiengesellschaft for the service are assigned to in accordance with article 17, are regulated as follows in accordance with the collective agreement salary adjustment agreed on November 25, 2015:

The salary, service einkommensteuergesetz and use allowance approaches for civil servants and officials of the postal and telecommunications (§§ 103 para 2, 105 para. 1 and 4, 106 paragraphs 1 and 1a salary Act 1956) are determined in accordance with Annex 1, Appendix 2 and Appendix 3.

§ 2. The transfer amounts are 1956 increased 1.5%, minimum € 40, pursuant to § 170a para 1 of the salary law.

§ 3. The Sundays and holiday allowance according to § 17 para 4 content Act 1956 is for every hour € 2.80.

§ 4. Standby compensation according to § 17 b salary Act 1956, is determined as follows:

For one working day € 27,-for a Sundays and holidays € 43 § 5. For everyone else from the reference amount in accordance with § 3 para 4 content law 1956 derived additional charges and allowances is that for determining the amounts still valid on 1.1.2000 content approach of the service class V, salary level 2 of the officials of the General Administration, € 1.799,75, is used.

§ 6. This Regulation shall enter into force 1 January 2016.
