36. Regulation of the Federal Minister for transport, innovation and technology through the assignment of the uses of officials and officials in the postal and Telecommunications Authority management to use and function allowance groups (PT Association regulation / post and Telecommunications Authority management)
On the basis of § 249b of paragraph 4 the officials Services Law Act 1979, BGBl. No. 333, in the version of Federal Law Gazette I is no. 65/2015 in agreement with the Chancellor ordered:

§ 2. The assistance indicated in § 1 / BÜK is that use of the Supreme post and telecommunications authority and the telecommunications offices (except in the radio monitoring stations) independently to make errands and independently manage the writing goods has in ADV supported databases and networks with the help of text blocks.
3. (1) this regulation with the day following the by-laws enter into force.
(2) PT Association regulation / postal and Telecommunications Authority management, Federal Law Gazette II No. 377/1998, occurs at the end of the day of the proclamation of the present Regulation except force.
