36. Ordinance of the Federal Minister of Transport, Innovation and Technology on the assignment of the uses of the civil servants in the postal and telecommunications administration to the use groups and functional groups (PT Mapping Regulation/Postal and Telecommunications Authority)

On the basis of Section 249b (4) of the Official Services Act 1979, BGBl. No. 333, in the version of the Federal Law BGBl.  I No 65/2015 shall be decreed in agreement with the Federal Chancellor:

§ 1. The following use and function groups are assigned to the functions and uses considered for civil servants and civil servants of the postal and telecommunications administration:

§ 2. The Mithilfe/BÜK cited in § 1 is the use at the Supreme Post and Telecommunications Authority and in the telecommunications offices (except in the radio monitoring centres), which are independent in Use text building blocks to create accusations and manage the records independently by using computer-assisted databases and networks.

§ 3. (1) This Regulation shall enter into force with the day following the customer's notice.

(2) The PT-Allocation/Post and Telecommunications Administration, BGBl.  II No 377/1998, will expire at the end of the day of the presentation of the contested regulation.
