20. Customer of the Federal Minister of Arts and Culture, Constitution and the Media concerning the abolition of the State Treaty between the Republic of Austria and the Principality of Monaco of 31 March 1922, by which the Austro-Hungarian-monegastic Extradition treaty of 22 February 1886 between the Republic of Austria and the Principality of Monaco is effectively made

On the basis of § 5 paragraph 1 Z 6 of the Federal Law on the Federal Law Gazette 2004 (BGBlG), BGBl. I n ° 100/2003 idgF, shall be made known:

The Republic of Austria and the Principality of Monaco have agreed that the State Treaty between the Republic of Austria and the Principality of Monaco of 31 March 1922, by which the Austro-Hungarian-monegasanic Extradition treaty of 22 February 1886 between the Republic of Austria and the Principality of Monaco is made effective (RGBl. No 13/1887 idF BGBl. 660/1922) on the basis of the provision of Article 28 (1) of the European Convention on extradition of 13 December 1957, Federal Law Gazette (BGBl). No 320/1969, and Article 26 (1) of the European Mutuality Assistance Convention of 20 April 1959, Federal Law Gazette (BGBl). No. 41/1969, is repealed.
