43. Ordination of the Federal Minister of Education and Women on examination dates for standardized examination areas in the framework of final examinations in the years 2016 and 2017
On the basis of § 36 (4) of the German School Education Act, Federal Law Gazette (BGBl). No 472/1986, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 104/2015, shall be arranged:
Rule range
§ 1. This Regulation regulates the dates of examination for standardised examination areas in the framework of final examinations with the main date of 2015/16 as well as the following two dates (autumn date 2016, winter term 2017) at the following schools:

general education higher schools (excluding generally higher education schools for professionals), |

vocational higher schools (other than vocational higher schools for professionals, colleges and colleges), and |
|||||||||
| 3. |
Educational institutions for kindergarten education and social pedagogy (excluding educational institutions for kindergarten pedagogy and for social pedagogy for professionals, training courses for professionals, colleges and colleges for professionals). |
