25 announcement of the Federal Minister for arts and culture, constitutional and media regarding the scope of the Protocol to the Madrid Agreement concerning the international registration of marks
After notification of the Director General of the world intellectual property organization, Denmark has the scope of application of the Protocol to the Madrid Agreement concerning the international registration of marks on 13 January 2016 (BGBl. III No. 32/1999, as last amended by Federal Law Gazette III No. 88/2008, last proclamation of the scope BGBl. III No. 193/2015) extended with effect from April 13, 2016 on the Faroe Islands.
Furthermore is the announcement in Federal Law Gazette III No. 131/2013 be corrected, that Denmark has extended the scope of application of the present Protocol with effect from 11 January 2011 to Greenland on October 11, 2010.
