47. Ordination of the Federal Government, with which the Regulation of the Federal Government, with which States are established as safe countries of origin (States of origin-Ordination-HStV), is amended

On the basis of § 19 (5) (2) of the BFA-procedural law (BFA-VG), BGBl. I n ° 87/2012, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 84/2015, shall be arranged:

The regulation of the Federal Government, with which states are established as safe countries of origin (States of origin-Regulation-HStV), BGBl. II No 177/2009, as last amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No 405/2013, shall be amended as follows:

1. In § 1, in Z 3 the word "Croatia" by the word "Mongolia" , in Z 7 the point is replaced by a line point and the following Z 8 to 12 are added:

2. The following paragraph 4 is added to § 2:

" (4) § 1 Z 3 and Z 8 to 12 in the version of the ordinal of the Federal Government, BGBl. II No 47/2016, enter into force with the end of the day of the event. "
