Transfer.
The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, meeting in Congress, etc.
Law:
Article 1 °-Please provide to the Municipality of Concordia the transfer of the domain of a property located in the city of Concordia, province of Entre Ríos, consisting of seven thousand seven hundred and twenty-five square meters (7,725 m2) with In front of the streets Rivadavia and Carriirrigation, whose cadastral data are: apple 2.760, plot 10, provincial departure 143.170, municipal departure 23.820.
Art. 2 °-The transfer provided for in Article 1 is carried out by the beneficiary to the building up to the operation of the Museum of Anthropology and Natural Sciences of the city of Concordia, or to any other use or service of public utility. In the event of non-compliance with the aforementioned destination, the domain of the real estate object of the present will reverse in favor of the national State.
Art. 3 °-The national executive branch shall take the necessary measures for the purpose of fulfilling the respective transfers of domain established in the previous articles, in a term of one hundred and twenty (120) days from the entry into force of the law.
The costs of the transfer will be borne by the province of Entre Ríos.
Art. 4 °-Commune to the national executive branch.
