The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, meeting in Congress, etc., are sanctioned by law:

Article 1 °-Consent to the President of the Nation to be absent from the country during the year 2017, when reasons of government so require.

ARTICLE 2 °-Commune to the national executive branch.
